1.1 Do I need an Appointment?

Appointments are not needed for glasses fittings. Walks-Ins Welcome.

1.2 Do you Provide Eye Exams?

No. Please call for a Great Local Recommendation.

1.3 Do you take Insurance Directly?

We provide an itemized receipt to submit for "out of network benefits" since we do not accept insurance directly.

HSA & FSA Cards are accepted! Prices are fair for quality provided.

*Note: We do not use insurance brands 

1.4 Can I bring in my Own prescription?

Yes! Absolutely. We can also request it from your doctor's office for you.

1.5 What is my pupillary distance?

That’s the exact distance in millimeters between your pupils, and it’s crucial for making sure that your lenses are properly centered in your frames. 

1.6 What is my Seg Height?

That's the distance in millimeters between the bottom of the frame and the center of your pupil. This measurement insures the Progressives lens in centered correctly in front of your eyes. 

1.7 Can I order Prescription lenses online?

Yes, Although some prescriptions can not be ordered online most can. All we need is your pupillary distance and maybe a seg height. Measurements need to measured by a professional. Please follow the link for more information Ordering Prescription lens  

1.8 Can I bring in my Own Frame for new lenses?

Yes! Absolutely. With many years of experience comes knowledge. We will handle your eyewear with care. 

1.9 How long does it take to get prescription lenses?

Some prescriptions are made within 1 hour. Custom Prescriptions are complete within 3-7 business days.

1.10 Do my prescription lenses have a warranty?

Prescription lenses that have anti-reflective coatings have a 2 year warranty for scratches.

For warranty care, please call or text, before arriving or mailing your glasses to us so that we can insure your Rx is in stock. *Some Rx powers may need to be ordered and can take up to 5-7 business days. Once completed you may pick up in store or we'll mail them back to you the same day!
