Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shipped with USPS. Signature Is Required on all shipments.

Eyes on Broadway is Not responsible or liable for any loss, delay or damage to goods caused by a carrier or other reasons such as, Customer Declines "Signature Required".

Returns 

All sales of products are final sale / non-refundable

Online Orders CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

Prescription Lenses may not be cancelled once lenses have been ordered to Your specification or clearly personalized for the consumer. A store credit will be issued on a case by case basis.

Issuing returns and refunds, for Non Prescription orders, is at our discretion. Processing fees will be deducted from Total refund amount if an exception is made.
